Q: How do I reset my password?
A: If you've forgotten your password, please contact us at support@scrollsenseapp.com with your registered email address, and we'll help you reset it.
Q: How do I delete my account?
A: You can delete your account from the Settings screen in the app. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This action cannot be undone.
Q: Is my data private?
A: Yes! Your data is encrypted and stored securely. Journal entries are private by default. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details.
Q: How does the AI content analysis work?
A: Scroll Sense uses third-party AI services (Anthropic Claude and OpenAI) to analyze social media content you provide. Your content is sent securely to these services for analysis. We never store the content you analyze - it's only used for the analysis and then discarded.
Q: Can I export my data?
A: Yes! You can export your data from the Settings screen. Go to Settings → Data & Privacy → Export Data.
