Daily Goals

Log your goals for the day in the Daily Goals dropdown in the Goals feature. Choose how much time you want to spend on each category of social media that day. You can also toggle if you want at most, or at least for that specific timing. You can see your stats in the Goal Completion card in Dashboard. Daily Routine (recommended): Morning: Set your goals for the day (in minutes) so you have a clear target. Night: Complete your Daily Check-In to log what you actually did and how it affected your mood. This works best when you do it every dayโ€”goals first, check-in later.

  • Choose how much time you want to spend in each category of social media
  • Choose "At Most" or "At Least" to show if you want to spend at least that amount of time, or at most that amount of time.
  • Do a Daily Goals in the morning and a Daily Check-in in the night. See your stats in Dashboard.
  • See if you completed your goals in the Goal Completion card in Dashboard, where you can see a table and a graph on if you met your goals.
